This page explains what information Agrican AI handles when you use the site.

Contact messages

When you use the contact form, we store the name, email address, subject and message you submit so we can respond.

Accounts

If you create an account, your email address and sign-in details are handled by our authentication and database service provider (Supabase). Passwords are not visible to us.

Agricultural cases and photos

When you run an analysis, the case details and photos you select are sent to an AI service provider for interpretation. Agrican AI does not save your photos to its database.

Analysis allowances

To apply the free guest allowance, we store a one-way keyed hash of your IP address. Your raw IP address is not stored in our analysis usage records. For members, usage is recorded against your account.

Memberships and payments

Memberships and product purchases are processed by Whop. Payment details are entered on Whop and are not collected by Agrican AI. We receive membership status information from Whop to apply your plan.

Browser storage

Your cart and your most recent analysis result are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. Evidence photos are not kept there. Signing in also stores session information in your browser.
