Terms of use

By using Agrican AI you agree to these terms.

Decision support, not diagnosis

Agrican AI provides agricultural information and decision support. It does not provide a guaranteed diagnosis.

Uncertain outputs

Results describe possible issues, confidence and limitations. They may be incomplete or wrong and should be checked with your own judgment and, where appropriate, a qualified agronomist or adviser.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any yield, savings, confirmation of a pest or disease, or treatment result.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using any product lawfully and safely, following label directions, and meeting professional and regulatory requirements that apply to you.

Memberships and allowances

Each plan includes the analysis allowance stated on the site. Use beyond your allowance is not available until your next period or a plan change.

Payments

Memberships and purchases are processed through Whop, and Whop's checkout terms apply to those transactions.
